Simon Bentley, Financial Director

Simon Bentley joined Twinjet in May 2001 having spent 17 years in senior finance positions with property investment companies.

Simon qualified as an accountant while in industry and his 10 years with Twinjet have given him a wide-ranging experience of the daily challenges faced by the finance function of a multi-currency group of companies

Philip Moore, Operations and Customer Services Director

Philip Moore joined Twinjet Aircraft in 2006 from British Mediterranean where he was the Operations Control Manager for four years. He brings with him 30 years of extensive experience in Operations and Management, covering both Scheduled and Charter types of operation gained through working for companies such as British Airways, Atlas Air and the Royal Air Force. Philip was promoted to the board in 2007 and currently also represents the General Aviation industry within the Civil Aviation Authority with regards to flight time limitations and crew fatigue.

Jacqui Pateman, HR Director

Jacqui first joined the aviation industry in 1995 and worked for Reed Aviation, (later Aviance UK Ltd) for 9 years. At the time Reed were the largest ground handling company in the UK. As HR Manager responsible for 6 stations this provided Jacqui with invaluable experience of dealing with a wide variety of personnel related matters. This has been put to good use since she joined Twinjet Aviation in 2007. Originally recruited to replace one of the founder members of the Twinjet business, Paula Downes, who retired. Jacqui was appointed to the board of directors in 2010.

Frauke Schreiber, Business Development Executive

Frauke started her career in the Corporate Aviation industry with International Jet Services (IJS) in 1998, where she had the position of Commercial Manager, responsible for looking after the 3 managed Boeing 727 and responsible for developing new business. While with IJS Frauke was involved with all aspects of the business, from operations, flight planning, scheduling aircraft maintenance to ensuring aircraft were crewed at all time for any ad-hoc charters, compiling management report for the owners of the aircraft (i.e. aircraft utilisation, expenses and income reports).

Frauke joined Twinjet in 2007 as Commercial Manager for their fleet of aircraft, 1 A319, 2 Legacies and 2 Challengers. Frauke has recently re-joined Twinjet after a 3 year gap, when she was managing a Global 5000 and a B727 for a private company.

Timothy Finn, Engineering Manager

Tim has been employed by Twinjet since 2002, he is responsible for ensuring that all maintenance on the aircraft operated by Twinjet is carried to the required standard in a timely manner.

He started his career in aviation as an apprentice at Britannia Airways in 1981, working on B737 and B767 aircraft. In 1990 he joined TNT Aviation, working on BAe 146 aircraft. Tim left TNT to join Monarch Aircraft Engineering Ltd in 1996, working on A320, A300, B737, B757, B767 aircraft.
